AI Automation Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven AI Automation Specialist with deep expertise in Zapier to join our fast-growing team. You’ll be the mastermind behind building, scaling, and optimizing automated workflows across various departments and tools.

Key Responsibilities

– Design, implement, and maintain advanced Zapier workflows (Zaps) to connect multiple platforms and automate business processes.

– Design and develop custom logic in Python to enhance automation workflows .

– Work with REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth for authentication and data exchange.

– Integrate AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) into customer support and internal tools .

– Implement prompt engineering strategies to fine-tune chatbot interactions.

– PIdentify bottlenecks and opportunities across departments for automation.

– Integrate web applications and SaaS tools (e.g., Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, Airtable, CRMs, marketing platforms, etc.).

– Troubleshoot failed Zaps and ensure robust error handling and data validation.

– Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate them into efficient automation strategies.

– Maintain documentation for automations and best practices.

– Stay current on new features, updates, and tools in the automation ecosystem.

Requirements

– Bachelor degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

– Hands-on experience with Zapier – including multi-step Zaps, Webhooks, Paths, Code (JavaScript), and advanced filters.

– Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, UiPath, Power Automate, etc.).

– Experience integrating RESTful APIs and using tools like Postman.

– Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for custom automation and scripting.

– Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

– Familiarity with AI/ML models and their applications in automation.

– Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.

– Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
