AI Automation Specialist

What will you drive?

• Own end-to-end automation of high-impact, manual workflows across functions (Finance, HR, Ops, etc.)
• Identify problem statements independently, scope solutions, and ship AI-powered workflows with speed
• Build and deploy LLM-driven tools using platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, and API integrations
• Create scalable internal systems (scripts, bots, automations) that teams rely on daily
• Continuously experiment with emerging AI tools and translate them into real business use cases
• Act as a central AI enabler: solving one problem at a time, across the entire organization

Who are we looking for?

• 1–4 years of experience in a tech-first role (Software, Automation, or Applied AI)
• Strong hands-on ability with Python/scripting, APIs, and workflow automation tools
• Proven experience using LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to build real, usable outputs
• High ownership and curiosity, you actively spot inefficiencies and feel compelled to fix them
• Comfortable working with non-tech teams and translating ambiguous problems into solutions
