Job Description
We are partnering with a leading organization to hire an AI & Automation Specialist to support their India Audit Operations. This role plays a key part in transforming audit, risk, and compliance functions through automation, data engineering, and AI-driven solutions. The position reports directly to the Head of Audit & Risk (UAE) . Key Responsibilities Design and implement automation solutions using LLMs and Generative AI to enhance audit efficiency. Partner with audit teams to identify automation and data-driven optimization opportunities. Build and maintain AI-powered applications, dashboards, and risk monitoring workflows . Develop, test, and deploy data pipelines to support audit analytics and automation projects. Align automation strategy with global audit leadership and enterprise objectives. Provide technical expertise in AI, machine learning, and automation frameworks . Document and share best practices to enable scalability and reusability of solutions. Qualifications & Experience 5?7 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Data Scientist, or Automation Specialist . Proven experience developing automation and applications using LLMs & Generative AI . Strong knowledge of data engineering, ML deployment, and cloud automation frameworks . Certifications in Data Engineering or Data Science , with exposure to audit/risk/compliance. Proficiency in Python, SQL , and cloud platforms ( Azure, AWS, GCP ). Strong understanding of anomaly detection, risk modeling, and governance standards . Ability to collaborate with cross-functional audit and technical teams.
