As we continue to scale, we're looking for an AI Automation Lead – Operations to help transform the way our teams work by embedding AI into everyday business operations.

The Opportunity

We're looking for someone who sees AI not as a technology trend, but as a practical way to transform how businesses operate.

As our AI Automation Lead – Operations, you'll work across the organization to understand existing workflows, identify opportunities to eliminate repetitive effort, and build AI-driven solutions that make our teams faster, smarter, and more effective.

Success in this role won't be measured by the number of AI tools you implement, but by the measurable business impact they create.

What You'll Do

• Partner with teams to understand and map existing operational workflows.
• Identify manual and repetitive processes that can be streamlined through AI and automation.
• Design and implement AI-powered automations using modern AI platforms and agent frameworks.
• Build AI assistants that simplify reporting, analysis, documentation, communication, and decision-making.
• Drive AI adoption across Operations, Campaign Management, Customer Success, HR, Finance, and other business functions.
• Develop reusable prompt libraries, AI playbooks, governance standards, and best practices.
• Continuously measure success through hours saved, efficiency gained, process improvements, and business impact.

Preferred Skills & Experience

We're looking for experience with some of the following technologies and platforms:

• OpenAI, Claude, Gemini
• MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• n8n, Make, Zapier
• LangGraph, CrewAI
• APIs & Workflow Automation
• Cursor, Windsurf
• Python or SQL (good to have)

You'll stand out if you've worked in AI consulting, business process automation, digital transformation, operations excellence, or enterprise AI implementations.
