AI-Augmented Animator & Creative Marketing Strategist

Position: AI-Augmented Animator & Creative Marketing Strategist

Location: Hybrid (Some days remote / Some days on-site per week)

•         AI Integration: Implement AI tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, EbSynth) to streamline workflows, from storyboarding to final rendering.

•         Animation Production: Create high-quality 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects using standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Maya) enhanced by AI generation.

•         Pipeline Optimization: Develop and test new AI-driven workflows to reduce production time while maintaining or elevating visual quality.

•         Style Development: Experiment with AI models to generate unique concept art, textures, and fluid animation styles.

•         Asset Management: Train, fine-tune, or manage custom AI models using company-owned assets to maintain brand consistency.

•         Social Media Marketing: Apply strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends to create animated content optimized for engagement and reach.

•         Marketing Strategy: Build and contribute to different marketing strategies that align animated content with brand and campaign goals.

•         Traditional Foundation: Strong understanding of the 12 principles of animation, timing, weight, and storytelling.

•         AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with generative video, image, and motion-capture AI tools.

•         Technical Agility: Ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and integrate emerging AI software and plugins.

•         Self-Motivation: Proven track record of managing time effectively, meeting deadlines independently, and driving projects forward in a remote setting.

•         Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to align with cross-functional teams during on-site and remote days.
