AI Artist / Prompt Engineer

We are looking for a creatively driven AI Artist with a preferable foundation in traditional or digital art, combined with hands-on expertise in generative AI tools. This role sits at the intersection of art, storytelling, and technology — ideal for someone who understands aesthetics deeply and can translate creative vision into high-quality AI-generated outputs through advanced prompting techniques.

•   Design, generate, and refine high-quality visuals using AI tools.

•   Craft, test, and optimise prompts to achieve precise artistic styles, moods, and compositions.

•   Translate creative briefs into compelling AI-generated visual concepts.

•   Maintain visual consistency across campaigns, characters, and brand assets.

•   Collaborate with design, marketing, and storytelling teams to develop creative assets.

•   Fine-tune outputs using post-processing tools like Photoshop, After Effects, or similar.

•   Experiment with new AI tools, workflows, and techniques to push creative boundaries.

•   Build and maintain prompt libraries, style guides, and reusable workflows.

•   Stay updated on trends in generative AI, digital art, and creative technology.

•   Background in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, or Visual Arts.

•   Proven experience with AI image and video generation tools.

•   Strong understanding of composition, lighting, colour theory, and storytelling — along with art styles (realism, anime, cinematic, surreal, etc.).

•   Expertise in prompt engineering — structured prompts, weighting, negative prompts, style control.

•   Familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, or equivalent.

•   Ability to iterate quickly and creatively problem-solve.

•   Good understanding of AI model training or fine-tuning.

•   Experience in gaming, film, advertising, or content creation industries.

•   Knowledge of motion AI tools.

•   Portfolio showcasing AI-assisted and original artwork.

•   Strong artistic intuition combined with technical curiosity.

•   Detail-oriented with a high aesthetic sense.

•   Experimental mindset — comfortable with iteration and ambiguity.

•   Ability to translate abstract ideas into visual outputs.

•   Passion for emerging tech and creative innovation.

•   Experience building IP worlds, characters, or game assets.

•   Understanding of branding and storytelling ecosystems.

•   Experience working in fast-paced creative or startup environments.

•   Character designs generated via AI with consistent style sheets.
