Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI Architect role based in Gurugram. The AI Architect will design and oversee end-to-end AI solution architectures across HIPL’s platforms and enterprise projects, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and engineering teams to define AI use cases, selecting appropriate models and tools, and guiding software development and integration efforts. The role involves creating architectural blueprints, reviewing technical designs, and ensuring seamless integration of AI components with cloud, ERP, SaaS, and IoT systems. The AI Architect will also provide technical leadership, participate in project planning, and support stakeholders in translating business requirements into robust, production-ready AI solutions.
Qualifications

• Strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills for designing scalable, secure, and maintainable AI and cloud-native solutions.
• Proficiency in Software Development, with hands-on experience in implementing AI/ML models, APIs, and microservices.
• Experience in Integration, including connecting AI systems with ERP, SaaS platforms, data pipelines, and third-party services.
• Demonstrated Project Management abilities to lead technical projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver solutions on time.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data engineering, and MLOps practices (model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management).
• Experience with major cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization/orchestration tools (such as Docker and Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of enterprise architectures, security best practices, and performance optimization for large-scale systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
