Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable generative AI architectures
Build and deploy large language models and agentic systems
Fine-tune and evaluate AI and generative AI models for production
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions
Ensure compliance with security and governance policies
Implement retrieval-augmented generation and vector database solutions
Manage MLOps pipelines for AI system lifecycle
Contribute to continuous improvement of AI frameworks and tools
Support cross-functional teams with AI technical expertise

Requirements

Extensive experience in AI and machine learning, exceeding 12 years
Specialized experience of at least 2 years with generative AI and large language models
Background in traditional AI and machine learning techniques
Expertise in deep learning methods such as LSTM, CNN, and VAE
Proficiency with generative AI frameworks including LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face transformers
Familiarity with vector databases like FAISS and Qdrant
Experience with cloud AI platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP
Competency in MLOps and AI model productionization
Strong programming skills and knowledge of AI evaluation frameworks such as RAGAS and DeepEval
Problem-solving orientation with effective cross-team collaboration
