AI and Automation Developer

Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled AI & Automation Specialist with at least 2 year of hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in AI-driven tools, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), workflow automation, and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and support process transformation across the organization. Key Responsibilities ? Identify automation opportunities by analyzing business processes and workflows. ? Develop, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using AI tools, ML models, or RPA platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, etc.). ? Build and optimize bots, scripts, and automated workflows to reduce manual effort. ? Collaborate with IT, operations, and other departments to understand automation requirements. ? Train and fine-tune AI models for tasks such as document processing, chatbots, predictive analysis, etc. ? Implement NLP, OCR, and other AI-driven features where applicable. ? Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues. ? Prepare documentation, user guides, and training materials for automated processes. ? Stay updated on emerging AI, RPA, and automation technologies. Skills & Qualifications ? Bachelor?s degree in any field. ? Minimum 2 year of experience in AI, RPA development, or process automation. ? Hands-on experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or similar. ? Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or any scripting language. ? Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, APIs, and cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP). ? Experience with AI tools like OpenAI, Google AI, or other LLM-based platforms is a plus.
