Job Title: Lead AI Engineer (Agentic Systems)

Location: Hyderabad - Hybrid

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: 1 PM - 10 PM IST

About the Role

We are moving beyond simple chatbots. We are building autonomous AI systems that can reason, plan, and execute complex tasks. We are looking for a founding-level Lead Engineer to architect and build the core "Agentic" layer of our platform. You will not just be calling APIs; you will be designing the logic that allows AI to interact with the world.

The Role

Architect and implement autonomous AI agents using Python.
Design complex orchestration workflows (ReAct, Plan-and-Execute) to handle multi-step tasks.
Integrate agents with external tools, APIs, and internal data sources.
Optimize prompt strategies and manage context windows for cost and latency.
Lead the technical roadmap for our AI agent infrastructure and mentor junior engineers.
Stay ahead of the curve on emerging agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).

Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering experience with a heavy focus on Python.
Experience building Agentic / Autonomous systems. (We want to see projects where the AI had to make decisions and call tools).
Deep understanding of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and concepts like streaming, function calling, and embeddings.
Proficiency with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) is a plus.
Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, concurrency).
