Role Overview

This role combines video editing, AI content creation, creative strategy, and performance marketing thinking.

You will be responsible for creating scroll-stopping ads, social videos, brand films, AI-powered creatives, and performance-driven content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and emerging digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Creative Production

• Create premium short-form and long-form video content.
• Edit high-performing:
• Meta Ads
• YouTube Ads
• Instagram Reels
• Product videos
• Brand films
• Founder videos
• Motion creatives
• Transform raw footage, scripts, and ideas into engaging videos.
• Work on hooks, pacing, transitions, storytelling, and retention.

AI Video Creation

• Use AI tools to create next-generation video content.
• Generate AI visuals, scenes, characters, products, environments, and cinematic shots.
• Create videos using:
• AI image generation
• AI video generation
• AI voiceovers
• AI avatars
• AI editing workflows

Creative Strategy

• Develop creative concepts based on brand objectives.
• Understand consumer psychology and buying triggers.
• Research competitors, trends, and winning ad formats.
• Create multiple creative variations for performance testing.
• Think beyond editing — contribute ideas that improve campaign results.

Performance Ads Thinking

• Create ads designed for:
• Better thumb-stop ratio
• Higher watch time
• More clicks
• Lower acquisition cost
• Higher conversions
• Analyze winning creatives and improve future videos.
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams.

AI Workflow Development

• Build faster production workflows using AI.
