Job Title: Agriculture Product & Technical Support Executive

Qualification: BSC Agriculture, MSC Agriculture & Diploma Agriculture, MBA

Travel: Extensive travel required


Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and field-oriented professional to support agricultural product development, farmer engagement, and market research activities. The role involves working closely with farmers to enhance productivity through quality inputs and expert technical guidance.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Development & Supply

  • Ensure availability and distribution of a wide range of fertilizers, pesticides, and other agricultural inputs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain quality standards and timely supply.
  • Support the introduction of new products based on field requirements.

2. Technical Support

  • Provide on-ground agricultural advisory to farmers on fertilization, crop planning, and pest management.
  • Conduct field visits, demonstrations, and training sessions to improve crop yield and quality.
  • Address farmer queries and recommend best agricultural practices.

3. Market Research

  • Conduct regular market surveys to understand farmer's needs, crop patterns, and competitor activities.
  • Gather insights on product performance and customer feedback.
  • Share actionable reports to help improve product offerings and service delivery.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field (B.Sc. Agri preferred).
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience in agri-inputs, field sales, or advisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of fertilizers, specialty chemicals, bio-supplements, agricultural equipment and crop management practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in rural areas

  • Farmer relationship management
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Channel management and market Intelligence
  • Ability to conduct field demonstrations and training

Other Details:

  • Candidate must be comfortable with frequent travel across assigned regions.
  • Local language proficiency will be an added advantage.
