Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agentic AI/Machine Learning (ML) Engineer based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML models and algorithms to address complex challenges. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions, optimizing ML model performance, and ensuring alignment with global AI governance and regulatory compliance requirements. Candidates will also contribute to the development of AI pipelines, deploy generative AI workflows, and ensure security and transparency in AI-driven processes. Qualifications Expertise in Machine Learning algorithms, Generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, RAG, PyTorch), and data modeling techniques Experience in deploying AI/ML pipelines and optimizing system performance Deep understanding of data governance, global compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, EU AI Act), and regulatory alignment Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and digital risk management Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills Bachelor?s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field Experience with managing AI-driven solutions in enterprise environments preferred
