We are building AI-driven financial services (Advisor, Literacy, Credit, SIP, Insurance, Retirement, Tax & Fraud Shield) with multi-agent orchestration via MCP (Model Context Protocol). We?re on a mission to deliver Financial Dignity, Security & Freedom to crore Indians and achieve our Unicorn milestone. Role: LLM Engineer (Agentic AI) We?re looking for engineers who can design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems (multi-agent, explainable, guardrailed) for FinTech use cases. You?ll be part of the AI Core team, working on LLM pipelines, vector databases, orchestration, safety layers, and BFSI-grade compliance. Responsibilities Build & fine-tune LLM pipelines (RAG, finetuning, prompt optimization) for BFSI use-cases. Develop multi-agent orchestration logic (MCP, CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen). Implement explainability, audit trails, and compliance guardrails (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, PFRDA). Work with vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant) for financial knowledge retrieval. Collaborate with backend (Node.js/Python) & frontend (React Native) teams for end-to-end delivery. Create deterministic calculators (SIP, Tax, Retirement, Credit score simulations) with LLM reasoning integration. Optimize vernacular NLP (English, Hindi, Marathi ? other Indian languages). Requirements Strong experience in LLM engineering & Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, DSPy, or MCP). Proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask) & Node.js microservices. Understanding of RAG systems, embeddings, and vector DBs. Experience with cloud infra & DevOps (AWS, GCP, Azure, Indian GPU infra preferred). Knowledge of BFSI/FinTech compliance (KYC, AML, RBI, SEBI, IRDAI guidelines) is a big plus. Mindset: Builder, hands-on coder, startup speed, compliance-aware. Good to Have Published projects or GitHub repos on multi-agent AI. Prior experience in BFSI/FinTech startups. Contributions to open-source LLM/AI frameworks.
