About Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Agentic AI Engineer to join our Pre-Sales team, focusing exclusively on building, deploying, and managing advanced AI agents and multi-agent systems using the full suite of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services for driving the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in machine learning and software engineering with a practical understanding of LLMs, agentic architectures, and reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

• Agent Development and Architecture: Design, develop, and implement autonomous AI agents and complex multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain, custom Python, and native Google AI services (Vertex AI, Gemini API).
• Google Cloud Integration: Leverage core GCP services (e.g., Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, BigQuery) to build, train, deploy, monitor, and scale agentic applications reliably and securely.
• Tool and RAG Implementation: Engineer and integrate tools, functions, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for agents to interact with external systems, databases (e.g., Cloud SQL, Firestore), and proprietary knowledge bases within GCP.
• Deployment and MLOps: Establish and maintain robust MLOps practices for agent lifecycle management on Vertex AI, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, monitoring agent performance, drift, and responsible AI guardrails.
• Performance Optimization: Tune and optimize agent performance, latency, and cost-efficiency within the Google Cloud environment.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Experience: Overall 10+ years of exp with 3+ years in AI/ML engineering, with 1+ years specifically focusing on developing or deploying applications using large language models (LLMs) and agentic principles.
• Cloud Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in deploying and managing production workloads on Google Cloud Platform, particularly Vertex AI. GCP certification (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect or Machine Learning Engineer) is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, ML frameworks, and deep practical experience with LLM APIs (e.g., Gemini, GPT). Experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen) is highly desirable.
• Data and Storage: Familiarity with GCP data services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage) for managing agent data, logs, and RAG source materials.
