Role Description

The Agency Partner will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and managing a team of agents to drive insurance sales and achieve business targets. Key tasks include monitoring agent performance, providing training and guidance, facilitating business growth strategies, and managing overall team operations. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Delhi Area, requiring active collaboration with both internal teams and external clients to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Skills in recruitment, team building, and mentorship to manage and develop a high-performing team of agents.
  • Experience in client relationship management, business development, and achieving sales targets in the insurance or related sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present effectively and influence stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the health insurance industry and understanding of customer-centric product offerings will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for training, team collaboration, and business operations.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or other related fields.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented approach.
