Role Description
We are seeking an Agency Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Shimoga location. As an Agency Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and training a team of insurance agents, driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring that targets and objectives are achieved. You will foster strong relationships with agents, track their performance, and provide guidance and support to achieve organizational goals. Additionally, you will represent the company professionally while growing our customer base and promoting our health insurance products.

Qualifications
- Team leadership and management skills, including the ability to recruit, train, and motivate agents.
- Sales and business development expertise, with experience in creating and executing sales strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the health insurance sector and understanding of market trends is a strong advantage.
- Analytical skills to monitor agent performance and assess customer needs effectively.
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms for managing sales activities and customer engagement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in agency management, insurance, or a similar role is a plus.
