Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agency Development Manager, based in Pilibhit with some flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new insurance agents, training and mentoring them, and driving business targets through agency development. Key responsibilities include strategizing sales plans, monitoring agent performance, and fostering positive relationships to maximize productivity. As a team leader, you will also ensure compliance with organizational standards and align team goals with broader company objectives.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Planning, and Team Leadership
- Strong Communication, Networking, and Interpersonal skills
- Experience in Talent Recruitment, Agent Training, and Performance Management
- Knowledge of Insurance Products and Financial Planning is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve departmental performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is desirable
