About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate & Partnerships Manager with strong expertise in finance offers (Loan, Credit, Insurance, BFSI) and CPL campaigns . The role involves building high-value partnerships with affiliate networks, advertisers, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and Corporate DSAs to scale lead generation while maintaining compliance and ROI. Key Responsibilities: Drive Finance CPL campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Native & Affiliate networks. Build and manage relationships with Affiliate Partners, DSAs, Corporate DSAs, and Advertisers . Negotiate payouts, track performance, and ensure lead quality & compliance with industry standards. Optimize campaigns for ROI, scale, and CPL efficiency . Explore and onboard new traffic sources (affiliates, aggregators, finance portals). Stay updated on regulatory guidelines in finance lead gen. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on performance metrics. Requirements: 2?6 years of experience in Finance/Loan/Credit CPL campaigns . Strong connections with Affiliate Networks, DSAs, and Corporate DSAs . Proven success in scaling CPL campaigns with positive ROI. Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Native Ads (finance verticals). Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in tracking tools (Voluum, Affise, offer18, Trackier, etc.). Excellent negotiation & relationship management skills. Why Join Us?
