Job Description

We are hiring: Affiliate Channel Manager (Performance / Affiliate Growth) – Tharani


Tharani is building a performance-led affiliate channel to scale revenue through creators, partners, and communities on a commission (CPS/CPA) basis.

We’re looking for an Affiliate Channel Manager who will own affiliate performance end-to-end — from onboarding and tracking to activation, payouts, and optimisation.


Key Responsibilities

1. Affiliate performance ownership

* Own affiliate KPIs including conversions, revenue, AOV, active affiliates, and payouts

* Identify top-performing affiliates, inactive partners, and optimisation opportunities

* Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and payout reconciliation


2. Affiliate onboarding & operations

* Manage end-to-end onboarding of affiliates joining via the website

* Set up tracking links/codes, commission structures, and FAQs

* Act as the point of contact for affiliate support and issue resolution


3. Affiliate activation & enablement

* Drive affiliate activation through regular updates, offers, creatives, and performance insights

* Conduct training or walkthrough sessions to help affiliates improve conversion and revenue

* Share best practices and performance learnings with the affiliate base


4. Performance creators & partnerships

* Manage a subset of creators who work on affiliate links or codes with performance-based payouts (no fixed-fee brand deals)

* Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and approvals focused on conversion outcomes


5. Reporting & insights

* Maintain clear performance reports in Excel/Google Sheets

* Track trends, identify what’s working, and recommend improvements to scale the channel


What we’re looking for

* 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing or performance partnerships

* Experience managing affiliate links/codes, commission models, payouts, and performance reporting

* Exposure to referral platforms, affiliate tools, or coupon-based attribution systems

* Strong analytical and execution skills with Excel/Google Sheets

* Comfortable working with partners, creators, and communities in a performance-driven setup

* Self-driven, detail-oriented, and accountable for numbers

⚠️ This is Affiliate Channel Manager role, not a field sales, distributor, or pure influencer-brand-deals position.

Candidates without hands-on experience in affiliate tracking, commission models, or performance-based partnerships may not be a fit.
