Those in SAP Customer at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the SAP Customer team you will support and enhance Sales and Distribution processes within an SAP S/4HANA environment. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain quality standards while building meaningful client relationships. This role offers the chance to work closely with business stakeholders and integration teams, đảm bảo stable operations and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Any Engineering / Management specialization
  • 4 years of experience
  • SAP Certification on SD Module and S/4 HANA Sales
