SAP EWM Senior Associate / Manager – Operate (AES/AMS Support)

Role Overview

BioMarin is looking for a strong SAP EWM consultant to support and stabilize warehouse operations within a global AMS/AES (Operate) support environment.

This role is not a pure ticket-processing or configuration role. The consultant will be expected to manage production support, business escalations, operational stabilization, enhancements, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong SAP EWM process expertise, operational support maturity, integration troubleshooting capability, and the confidence to work directly with business stakeholders in high-pressure situations.

Candidates with pharma/life sciences and GxP-regulated environment experience are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP EWM production operations and enhancements
• Troubleshoot warehouse execution and integration issues
• Handle business-critical incidents and escalations
• Analyze recurring incidents and drive root cause resolution
• Support inbound, outbound, inventory, and RF/mobile warehouse processes
• Work closely with MM, SD, QM, PP, CPI, and infrastructure teams
• Improve operational stability and reduce recurring support issues
• Support queue monitoring, interface troubleshooting, and transaction recovery
• Mentor junior consultants and offshore support resources
• Participate in problem management, change management, and release activities
• Work directly with business users and warehouse operations teams
