JOB DESCRIPTION WordPress Administrator Experience: 5?8 Years Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain WordPress sites (single and multisite). Manage updates for WordPress core, themes, and plugins. Implement security best practices and perform audits. Monitor site performance and optimize for speed and scalability. Handle backups, restores, and disaster recovery planning. Manage user roles, permissions, and content workflows. Collaborate with developers and designers for smooth deployments. Required Skills: Strong experience in WordPress administration. Knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS basics. Familiarity with MySQL and Linux server administration. Understanding of SEO and accessibility best practices. Nice To Have: Docker experience, cloud hosting (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, Git. WordPress Developer (Docker Expertise) Experience: 6?10 Years Key Responsibilities: Develop custom WordPress themes, plugins, and integrations. Implement and maintain Docker-based environments for WordPress. Optimize WordPress performance (caching, CDN, database tuning). Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD and automated deployments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex WordPress and container-related issues. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration. Familiarity with MySQL and database optimization. Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Linux server administration knowledge. Nice To Have: Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), performance monitoring tools.
