Ad Sales Manager — Mobility Media (Kerala) | Earn Up to ₹1L/month

About Evide
We run digital ad screens inside public buses across Kerala — bus-back ads, but digital, inside the bus, in front of lakhs of daily commuters. Scaling district by district. Building the sales team that owns this growth.
The Role
Own ad sales for one Kerala district. Meet advertisers — business owners, marketing heads, agencies. Pitch Evide. Negotiate rates. Close campaigns. Direct access to founder. Full ownership of your district's revenue.
Not a desk job. A client-facing role for someone who knows how this industry works.
💰 What You Can Earn
Base: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month
Uncapped commission on every deal
Realistic ₹70K – ₹1,00,000+/month within 6 months for strong closers
Top performers out-earn salaried reps at any traditional media house
You should apply if you have:
2+ years of direct ad sales experience — print, FM, digital, OOH, cable, or agency. Non-negotiable.
A track record of closing deals from cold call to renewal
Comfort with rate cards, campaign cycles, and client servicing
Hunger for commission upside — base alone shouldn't excite you. Closing should.
Based in Kerala or willing to relocate
Don't apply if: You're from general B2B / insurance / real estate / SaaS sales. Or a fresher. Or want a fixed-salary, low-pressure role.
