We're Hiring: Ad Sales Manager (CPL/CPS) We?re looking for a dynamic and driven Ad Sales Manager with a strong background in CPL (Cost per Lead) and CPS (Cost per Sale) models to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing partnerships, managing performance campaigns, and driving measurable revenue through direct and agency clients. Location: Gurgaon, Sector 67 (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, pitch, and onboard new advertisers for CPL/CPS campaigns. Manage and nurture relationships with direct clients and media agencies to ensure long-term partnerships. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop tailored campaign strategies aligned with client goals. Coordinate with internal teams (ad ops, creative, and analytics) for smooth execution and optimization. Monitor campaign performance and deliver insights to maximize ROI. Revenue Growth & Business Expansion: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent client engagement. Explore new verticals, markets, and monetization opportunities. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure repeat business through quality delivery. Market Intelligence: Stay updated with digital advertising trends, pricing models, and competitor offerings. Provide actionable feedback to enhance campaign efficiency and performance strategy. Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 2+ years of experience in Ad Sales , specifically managing CPL and CPS campaigns . Strong network and experience dealing with direct advertisers and agencies . Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and deliver against revenue goals. Deep understanding of performance marketing, tracking tools, and digital metrics (CTR, CR, ROI, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
