This is a full-time, on-site Operation Executive role located in Ahmedabad. The Operation Executive will oversee daily operations, manage and optimize workflows, analyze business processes, and address challenges to improve operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining smooth operational workflows, and providing support in operations management to ensure organizational goals are met effectively.

• Proven skills in Operations and Operations Management to oversee and streamline organizational processes
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for building positive relationships and effective collaboration
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate business processes, identify challenges, and implement improvements
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively with teams
• Experience with operational tools and software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
