We are looking for experienced Advanced Manufacturing Engineer who will be responsible for implementation of new products and technologies for our plant in Campsie, Derry - Londonderry, NI.

We are looking for experienced Advanced Manufacturing Engineer who will be responsible for implementation of new products and technologies for our plant in Campsie, Derry - Londonderry, NI.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides technical support to production plants during the introduction of new products
- Identifies and defines areas for improvement in manufacturing processes
- Provides information to the R&D department regarding materials, components, and assembly procedures based on current and planned manufacturing technologies
- Prepares, designs, and implements new investments in manufacturing technologies
- Manages priorities in change management processes and oversees their implementation
- Supports and manages prototype and beta series builds and prepares related reports
- Trains local engineering teams on new products and accessories
- Evaluates assigned cost-saving programs and identifies opportunities for improvement
- Manages the preparation and creation of work and test instructions
- Creates production process flow diagrams
- Manages project teams to ensure on-time implementation of new products
- Prepares analyses for make-or-buy decisions
- Technical university (preferred field: Industrial Engineering, Industrial Systems)
- 2 years of experience in similar job position
- MS Office, MS Project, ERP Oracle
- Experience with CAD/CAM systems
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles
- Ability to learn and improve company processes
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Goal-oriented
