Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ads & Campaign Publisher (Digital Marketing) based in Kolkata. The role involves developing, launching, and managing digital ad campaigns; analyzing performance metrics; creating campaign strategies; collaborating with designers and content creators; and optimizing campaigns to enhance engagement and results. The professional will work closely with other team members to ensure brand consistency and achieve marketing goals.


1. Ad & Campaign Publishing

Responsible for publishing, managing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Publish campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other ad networks.
  • Ensure correct setup of targeting, creatives, budget, and scheduling.
  • Maintain proper campaign naming conventions and account structure.
  • Implement campaign updates, edits, and optimizations as instructed by the marketing team.
  • Understanding and hands on knowledge of GTM.
  • Knowledge and hands on experiencer with managing catalog based ads.
  • Working knowledge of SEO
  • Knowledge of MarkTech tools like Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign Manager, CleverTap, Web Engage preferred.


2. E-commerce Management

Manage marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversions for e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product catalog campaigns and shopping ads.
  • Coordinate with the e-commerce backend team for product feeds, updates, and campaign alignment.
  • Management of Orders form backend and align with the logistics team for update on Order status
  • Track product performance and ensure proper linking between ads and product pages.


3. Email & WhatsApp Campaign Management

Handle outbound marketing campaigns through communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and schedule email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage WhatsApp broadcast or automation campaigns.
  • Maintain audience segmentation and campaign lists.
  • Track delivery, open rates, and engagement metrics.


4. Lead Pipeline Management

Ensure smooth flow and tracking of leads from campaigns to CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming leads from campaigns.
  • Ensure leads are properly captured and routed to the CRM or sales pipeline.
  • Maintain lead tracking sheets or dashboards.
  • Coordinate with sales teams for lead status updates.


5. Attribution & Conversion Reporting

Track and report how campaigns contribute to conversions and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Implement tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events.
  • Monitor campaign attribution across platforms.
  • Prepare reports showing lead sources, conversions, and ROI.
  • Identify tracking gaps and coordinate fixes with the tech team.


Core Competencies to Look For

  • Attention to detail in campaign setup
  • Understanding of marketing attribution, Tag management and SEO
  • Familiarity with ad platforms and automation tools
  • Ability to work with CRM and lead management systems
  • Analytical mindset for reporting and insights



Qualifications

  • Proficiency in paid media management, social media advertisements, and PPC advertising platforms
  • Experience in campaign strategy creation, analytics, and performance optimization
  • Knowledge in content creation, creative coordination, and brand marketing principles
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with the dental or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email, e-commerce marketing and analytics platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
