AEM Developer - 6 to 8 Years | Chennai Preferred (Hyderabad Optional) Positions Open: 10 Salary Range: ~ 18 LPA (6 yrs) to ~24 LPA (8 yrs) Joining : Immediate to 14 days About the Role We?re looking for experienced AEM Developers who can design, build, and deliver high-quality digital experience solutions for enterprise clients. You?ll work on large-scale AEM implementations, create custom components and templates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable systems. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver large-scale AEM/CQ5 implementation projects. Build and maintain AEM-based applications, templates, and reusable components. Prepare detailed technical designs for components, templates, and service layers. Design and implement AEM solutions to meet complex business needs. Integrate AEM with enterprise applications and other Adobe Experience Cloud products. Optimize performance, scalability, security, caching, and asset delivery. Collaborate with frontend, UX/UI, QA, and project teams to deliver seamless digital experiences. Debug issues, troubleshoot production problems, and provide ongoing maintenance. Act independently on new assignments, choosing the right methods and technical approach. Required Technical Skill Set Strong hands-on experience with AEM (components, templates, workflows, dialogs, HTL). Proficiency in Java, including custom OSGi services and backend logic. Experience with Adobe DAM and asset workflows. Solid frontend abilities: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTL. Deep understanding of AEM architecture and administration. Experience integrating AEM with other systems and Adobe Marketing Cloud tools. Familiarity with AEM development tools, IDEs, and dev environments. Strong grasp of software design patterns and scalable architecture principles. Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues. Good-to-Have Skills Experience using Java design patterns and AEM best practices. Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Maven, Git, Jenkins, Sonar. Experience documenting use cases, system test scripts, and UAT. Knowledge of BA modelling tools (activity diagrams, process flows, state diagrams).
