Bridgestone GCC is hiring for AEM Full-Stack Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced AEM Full-Stack Team Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. This role combines strong technical expertise with team leadership and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end AEM development (backend: Java, OSGi, Sling | frontend: React/JS, HTL)
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AEM architectures
• Manage integrations with Adobe tools, APIs, and third-party platforms
• Drive AWS-based deployments (EC2, S3, Lambda) and CI/CD practices
• Mentor and guide a team of developers in an agile environment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical solutions and roadmap

Requirements:

• 8+ years of IT experience with strong AEM expertise
• 6+ years in team leadership and large-scale project delivery
• Experience in full-stack development, integrations, and cloud (AWS/Azure)
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
