Position: Adobe CJA Developer Location: Noida (Hybrid) Work Hours: 11:00 AM ? 9:00 PM Background Verification: Ready Candidates Preferred Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Adobe CJA (Customer Journey Analytics) Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and CJA implementation . The candidate will be responsible for designing and managing analytics dashboards, integrating customer data sources, and generating actionable insights across multiple digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and manage Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Integrate CJA with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for unified data analytics. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for multi-channel customer journeys. Collaborate with data engineering and marketing teams to ensure data accuracy and proper schema design. Conduct advanced analysis to identify behavioral patterns and optimize customer experiences. Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders based on CJA findings. Required Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience with Adobe CJA and AEP. Strong understanding of data modeling, identity stitching, and event-based datasets. Hands-on experience with Report Builder, Workspace, and data views. Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, and API integrations (preferred). Excellent analytical, visualization, and storytelling capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: Adobe Certified Expert ? Customer Journey Analytics or Adobe Experience Platform. Experience with other analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Power BI. Understanding of data governance and privacy compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA).
