Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end campaign operations using Adobe Campaign Classic Design, configure, and execute personalized journeys and workflows through the Adobe Campaign Create and schedule batch, recurring, and trigger-based campaigns across email, SMS, and mobile channels. Ensure campaign data accuracy by validating workflows, schema design, and data segmentation processes. Collaborate with the Bank?s digital marketing, IT, and compliance teams to deliver campaigns aligned with business and regulatory standards. Analyze campaign metrics, generate performance reports, and recommend optimizations through the Adobe Campaign. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain campaign documentation. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field. 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard), preferably within BFSI or large enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of Adobe Campaign architecture, schema configuration, and data workflows. Proficiency in SQL and campaign scripting for segmentation and targeting. Familiarity with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions is an advantage. Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
