Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Parent Interaction
- Respond to admission inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Guide prospective parents through the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.
- Conduct school tours, explain the curriculum, and highlight key features of BIS.
- Assist parents in completing application forms and required documentation.
- Maintain a structured follow-up system for inquiries and applications.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure timely communication with parents.
- Track enrollment status and update the admissions database accordingly.
- Assist in planning and executing open houses, admission events, and orientation programs.
- Work with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions using CRM/ERP systems.
- Generate reports on admission trends and provide insights for strategic planning.
- Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in admissions, customer service, or a related field
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM/ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
