Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Thrissur. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, promoting IBIS educational programs, and building strong customer relationships. In this role, you will manage leads, provide detailed information about IBIS courses, and meet or exceed sales targets. Additionally, you will assist potential students in understanding the programs and guide them through the enrollment process.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage with clients and present educational programs
- Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding targets
- Customer relationship management and ability to build trust with clients
- Basic proficiency in marketing concepts and strategies
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and follow-ups
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools is an advantage
- Knowledge of higher education programs and familiarity with the academic sector is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business or marketing are preferred
