Administrative Assistant ( HR and Accounts)

Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and energetic Administrative Assistant to support our HR, Accounts, and office administration activities. The candidate should be willing to handle both office work and field visits as required.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee files.
- Assist with payroll-related data and statutory documentation.
- Prepare and maintain bills, invoices, vouchers, and petty cash records.
- Coordinate with vendors, banks, and government offices when required.
- Handle office purchases, courier, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain office records and ensure proper filing of documents.
- Perform field visits for official work whenever required.
Qualifications
- MBA in Finance or Human Resources/ Equivalent
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word).
- Knowledge of basic accounts is an added advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Willing to travel for official work
Experience
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Language Requirement
- Basic communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English.
- Ability to read and understand basic English documents is preferred.
