- Maintain accurate records including manifests, waste profiles, permits, and inspection logs
- Assist with regulatory compliance documentation for EPA, DOT, and local agencies
- Prepare documentation for audits and inspections; respond to document requests
- Provide general administrative support to operational leadership as needed
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or coursework in environmental science, business administration, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in environmental or regulated settings
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working in database systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of hazardous waste regulations (RCRA, EPA, DOT, OSHA) or willingness to learn
- Experience with waste tracking systems or compliance documentation
- Comfortable working primarily in an office environment with occasional visits to operational areas requiring basic PPE
