Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Salem. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and supporting executives with administrative tasks. Responsibilities include handling phone calls and emails, greeting visitors, organizing documents, and coordinating internal communication across teams. The role also involves preparing reports and presentations, assisting with clerical duties such as data entry and filing, and ensuring office supplies and resources are well maintained. The Administrative Assistant will collaborate closely with management and staff to support smooth workflow and professional client interactions.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage scheduling, documentation, and office operations efficiently.
  • Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities to support leadership with calendars, meetings, and confidential information.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional interaction with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and presentation software).
  • Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Candidates should possess a customer-focused attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in business administration or a related field is an advantage.
  • Candidates should possess prior experience in an administrative or office support role; experience in IT or training environments is a plus.
