Job Title: Central Admin Associate
Department: Central administration
Location: Head Office
Reports To: Head – Administration/Corporate Admin Manager
The central admin associate will support the head office administration team by coordinating administrative activities across multiple hotel units. The role involves communication with hotel admin teams, monitoring operational requirements, vendor coordination, and maintaining centralized administrative records to ensure smooth functioning across all properties.

The central admin associate will support the head office administration team by coordinating administrative activities across multiple hotel units. The role involves communication with hotel admin teams, monitoring operational requirements, vendor coordination, and maintaining centralized administrative records to ensure smooth functioning across all properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with administration teams across hotel units for operational and administrative requirements.
- Act as a central point of contact between the head office and hotel properties for admin-related matters.
- Track and monitor facility management, housekeeping, security, and maintenance requirements reported by hotel units.
- Maintain centralized records, reports, and documentation related to administrative operations across properties.
- Assist in vendor coordination and procurement processes for administrative supplies and services.
- Monitor inventory and asset records shared by hotel units.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for the corporate admin team.
- Support implementation of standard administrative policies and procedures across all hotels.
- Assist in coordinating travel, courier, and logistics requirements between the head office and hotel locations.
- Follow up with hotel units on pending administrative tasks and compliance requirements.
