Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administration Assistant located in Roorkee. The Administration Assistant will handle daily administrative and clerical tasks, support executives with schedule management, and maintain organized office operations. Responsibilities also include professional communication with internal and external stakeholders, managing phone calls, and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing documents, schedules, and office organization
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing meetings, calendars, and correspondence
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette to professionally interact with clients and team members
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in common office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email systems
  • Previous experience in an administrative or similar role is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or related fields are a plus
