What you'll do:
The Admin – PO & Payments will be responsible for supporting the procurement and finance teams by handling purchase orders, payment processing, vendor coordination, and documentation. The role ensures smooth financial operations, timely vendor payments, and accurate record-keeping in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare, process, and track purchase orders (POs) for internal departments and projects.
- Coordinate with vendors to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and invoicing.
- Process payments for approved POs and invoices in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of POs, invoices, and payments for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Procurement, Finance) to resolve PO/payment queries.
- Follow up on pending approvals and ensure timely closure of financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly vendor payment reports and reconciliation.
What you'll need:
Qualifications & Experience
- Certification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in procurement, accounts, or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with PO processing, vendor payments, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of UAE business and financial regulations is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
