Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin – IT professional to manage day-to-day administrative operations along with IT infrastructure support across the organization. The role will ensure smooth office functioning, asset management, vendor coordination, and timely IT troubleshooting support.
This is a critical support function that enables business teams to operate efficiently and securely.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Management
- Manage end-to-end IT asset lifecycle (procurement, allocation, tracking, recovery)
- Configure laptops, desktops, printers, and basic networking devices
- Provide first-level troubleshooting support for hardware, software, email, VPN, and internet issues
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for escalations and AMC management
- Ensure data security protocols and access controls are followed
- Maintain IT inventory records and perform periodic audits
- Support onboarding & offboarding IT setup (email IDs, system access, device allocation)
Administration
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure workplace readiness
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor payments
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility vendors
- Handle travel bookings and logistics (if required)
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Support event setup and cross-team coordination when needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Administration or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support and office administration
- Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi setup, routers, firewalls)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace / Microsoft 365
- Strong vendor management skills
- Good documentation and inventory tracking skills
- Problem-solving mindset with high ownership
- Strong coordination and communication skills
