Key Responsibilities

  • Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, facility management, and housekeeping coordination.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain company records, contracts, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • IT & Infrastructure Coordination: Collaborate with IT support to ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure.
  • Employee Support: Assist employees with administrative queries and onboarding formalities.
  • Security & Safety: Ensure workplace safety measures and security protocols are in place.
