Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Associate

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical and administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document organization.
  • Maintain accurate student admission records and other institutional documentation.
  • Assist in the student admission process in line with university procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional guidelines and administrative policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for document verification and submission.
  • Support office operations and maintain physical files and digital records.
  • Respond to internal communication requests in a timely and professional manner.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation ongoing or completed preferred).
  • Basic English reading and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with using computers and MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to handle physical records and documentation.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and standard operating procedures.
