Role Description


We are hiring Admin Consultant and Student Service Executive for a full-time, on-site role at Study O Clock, Kochi.

These roles involve tele calling, supporting students throughout their application journey, coordinating with universities, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth admission and service processes.


Key Responsibilities


Admin Consultant

  • Manage student documentation and application processes
  • Maintain accurate records, CRM updates, and application tracking
  • Support visa documentation and compliance processes
  • Handle administrative tasks, scheduling, and reporting

  • Student Service Executive

    • Provide guidance and support to students throughout the admission process
    • Follow up with prospective and existing students
    • Assist in application submissions, document collection, and updates
    • Maintain student communication and relationship management

  •  Qualifications & Skills

    • Strong understanding of International Education processes (preferred)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Fluency in English and Hindi
    • Good organizational and time-management skills
    • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
    • Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving skills
