Role Description The Ad Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position oversees the end-to-end setup, trafficking, optimization, and reporting of mobile advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and partners. The Ad Operations Manager will manage ad server configurations, implement tracking and attribution tags, monitor campaign delivery, and proactively troubleshoot technical or performance issues. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with sales, account management, product, and data teams to ensure accurate implementation of media plans, maintaining quality control of creatives and placements, and recommending optimizations to improve ROI and audience impact. The role also involves building and maintaining documentation and workflows, analyzing campaign data for insights, and contributing to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong ad operations expertise, including campaign trafficking, tag management, troubleshooting, and familiarity with ad servers and mobile attribution platforms.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising and performance marketing, particularly mobile campaigns, audience targeting, and ROI-focused optimization.
- Data-oriented mindset with proficiency in analyzing campaign metrics, generating performance reports, and deriving actionable insights using analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of advertising technology concepts such as tracking pixels, APIs, programmatic buying, fraud monitoring, and brand safety.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, account management, product, and engineering teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced ad tech, marketing technology, or digital media environment; prior mobile-focused experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Gurugram and willingness to adapt to evolving tools, processes, and client requirements.
