Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Ad Operations Manager with hands-on experience in mobile marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing, optimizing, and scaling mobile ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Ad Operations Manager with hands-on experience in mobile marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing, optimizing, and scaling mobile ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage mobile advertising campaigns across various ad platforms
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for KPIs such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, and retention
- Handle end-to-end campaign operations including setup, trafficking, tracking, and reporting
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Account Management, Tech) to ensure smooth campaign delivery
- Identify performance trends and provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes
- Ensure timely reporting and maintain campaign documentation
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and coordinate with platform support teams when required
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Ad Operations / Mobile Marketing
- Strong understanding of mobile advertising ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with major ad platforms such as:
- Google Ads (UAC/App Campaigns)
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- InMobi / Affle / Vungle / Unity Ads / AppLovin
- Knowledge of MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners) like:
- AppsFlyer
- Adjust
- Branch
- Understanding of tracking tools, attribution models, and SDK integrations
- Good analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Experience in performance marketing campaigns (CPI, CPA models)
- Basic understanding of fraud detection and traffic quality
- Familiarity with programmatic platforms is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
