Job Title - Actuarial Analyst (life) Location- Gurugram Work Mode- Hybrid Working type- Fulltime Required years of experience- 1+years of relevant experience We are seeking an experienced and proactive senior life actuarial modeling professional to join our PathWise transformation team. You will lead and support actuarial model conversion projects for Indian and global clients, focusing on high-efficiency, scalable modeling solutions using the PathWise platform. You?ll collaborate across teams, mentor junior actuaries, and contribute to client delivery, onboarding, and solution design. What The Day Will Look Like Assist in converting life insurance models onto the PathWise platform Support testing, validation, and debugging of actuarial models Develop scripts in Python to support model functionality and automation Understand product logic for life and annuity products like Term, ULIP, Par, and Variable Annuities Maintain model documentation and participate in client discussions as needed Work closely with senior actuaries and developers on global modeling projects Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success 2-5 years of experience in life actuarial domain (modeling, reserving, or pricing) Knowledge of working on any actuarial modeling software Exposure to Python (academic or practical) preferred Good understanding of life insurance product features and actuarial concepts Progress on actuarial exams (IFoA, SOA, or IAI) preferred Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced transformation team Exposure to frameworks like US GAAP LDTI, VM21, or IFRS 17 (preferred) Familiarity with SQL, Power Query, or automation tools (preferred) How We Support Our Colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
