ActOne Lead

Work Location : Bangalore / Mumbai

Primary Responsibilities :

• Design and delivery of various alert generations and case creation workflows.
• Migrate existing legacy scenarios/processes to strategic architectures.
• Write code that accurately reflects the requirements and design documents.
• Coach junior team members to maximize their performance and potential.
• Proactively seek knowledge through external and internal sources.
• Leverage DevOps to automate application testing and deployments.

Required Skills:

• 9+ years of hands-on software development experience in Actimize ActOne and Java ecosystems for Actone customization
• Proficiency in eRCM Development – Alert Types, Views, DART, Workflows, User, Group, and Role Entitlements, Platform Lists, Widgets, XSL, Administration.
• High proficiency with eRCM Plugin Development, Actimize scheduler, and Actimize tools.
• A full understanding of the ActOne database schema.
• Knowledge of Actimize suite and customization (ActOne, Case Management, FinCEN SAR Module).
• Strong understanding of Windows & Linux infrastructure
• Strong Database skills including SQL, procedures and query tuning.
• Service Design Concepts, OO and Functional Development concepts.
• 3+ years of hands on experience working on Core Java.

Desired Skills :

• AIS concepts and understanding of Actimize models .
• Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Knowledge of test-driven development and applications such as Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium
• Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, Angular/TypeScript and other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with Java and related back-end technologies (e.g., Spring Boot, JDBC).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
