About The Role
The Activation Operations Manager is responsible for operating and continuously improving Iris's end-to-end activation system. This role owns the day-to-day execution, reliability, and optimization of activation infrastructure, including marketing technology, automation data flows, and reporting.
While activation strategy is defined by Iris leadership, this role is accountable for turning strategy into live campaigns, measurable performance, and sustained operational improvement. Success in this role is measured by execution quality, system reliability, speed iteration, and measurable improvements in enrollment outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
OncoHealth is committed to remote, hybrid or in office work options. The majority of the team will be remote or in hybrid work arrangements with offices in Atlanta, GA and Guaynabo, PR. We are open to employees nationwide but work primarily in the Eastern and Central Time Zones.

The cost of cancer related medical services and prescription drugs in the United States is expected to reach $246 billion by 2030. OncoHealth has enjoyed rapid growth over the past 3 years and seeks smart, collaborative people to join its team. Our Current Solutions
Through the use of OncoHealth's utilization management system, OneUM, our customers can use a single e-Prior Authorization portal for all oncology drug request and treatments. Our system improves quality of care, reduces provider abrasion and gives health plans visibility into the total cost of oncology treatment.
OncoHealth offers Oncology Insights Pro, an analytic software solution that enables health plans to use data and analytics to improve oncology programs. Using real world data, our engineers normalize data to create analytic dashboards with drill down compatibilities. The data is the paired with expert guidance providing the strategies an insight needed to keep up with the continuing evolving cancer treatment landscape.
OncoHealth offers Pharmacy Consulting services to health plans and pharmaceutical companies. New cancer treatments are entering the market at an unrelenting pace. Since 2018, the FDA approved 121 new cancer applications including 49 novel cancer drug entities. Our Board-Certified Oncology Pharmacologists can help health plans update drug policies, offer utilization management and formulary advice, and development training for staff.
OncoHealth's latest offering is Iris, a digital telehealth platform that delivers personalized, oncology-specific support to navigate the physical symptoms and emotional challenges caused by cancer and cancer treatment. Powered by technology, staffed 24X7, and delivered with empathy, Iris allows patients to connect with trained oncology experts and receive personalized, oncology-specific telehealth support.

About The Role

Primary Responsibilities
- Consumer activation system ownership and operational reliability
- Campaign execution
- Own the marketing and activation technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and related integrations
- Enable lifecycle activation strategies across email, SMS, direct mail, digital, and human-led outreach channels by configuring journeys, triggers, workflows, and automation
- Performance improvement and reporting
- Define activation metrics, funnel stages, and reporting requirements in partnership with analytics and leadership
- Evaluate and support implementation of new tools or integrations when current platforms limit performance or scalability
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or other related field required.
- 6-8 years of experience in B2B2C companies, Background in marketing technology, audience segmentation, personalization, and funnel optimization.
- Track record of developing and executing direct marketing campaigns (email, direct mail, digital) that drive acquisition and engagement.
- Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable improvements across journeys, tooling, and processes.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex workflows, dependencies, and competing priorities.
- Systems-oriented and pragmatic, with a continuous improvement and test-and-learn mindset. Experienced in designing, executing, and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests within lifecycle and marketing automation platforms
- Systems/Tools: Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Braze, Iterable, or similar. MS Office Suite proficient. Proficiency with a Business Intelligence tool (Tableau or Power BI) preferred
