Korn Ferry has been engaged by a Cincinnati-based company that is actively expanding its footprint and product lines, with a strong pipeline expected to grow its portfolio meaningfully in the near term. This is a unique opportunity to join a lean, high-growth environment with significant acquisition activity and the chance to impact their growth strategy!

The Acquisition Analyst role offers exceptional exposure, hands-on deal experience, and strong long-term career development potential. You'll work closely with Senior Leadership, serving as a key partner in evaluating and executing acquisition opportunities.

Compensation: Up to $85K base (DOE) plus deal-based incentive opportunities and a discretionary bonus.

MUST BE LOCAL TO CINCINNATI: On-Site position with potential for Hybrid 1 day/week.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Support the sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and execution of real estate acquisitions.
• Build and analyze complex financial models, including equity waterfalls, cash flow projections, return analysis, and KPI metrics
• Evaluate property financials, rent rolls, operating performance, returns, and investment assumptions.
• Prepare investment recommendations and presentations for senior leadership and investors.
• Identify and implement AI and other tools/processes to improve financial visibility and efficiency
• Special Projects

Skills Needed:

• BA in Finance or Accounting
• Open to New Grad to ~2 years of experience. (Our Client really wants someone in the early stages of their career to help mentor and develop!)
• Self-starter, critical thinker, inquisitive mindset!
• Strong Excel skills
• Interest and experience in leveraging technology, data tools, or AI to enhance analysis
